September 2019, our flame retardant fabric Colombo has been certified for EN 13034:2005+A1:2009 (Protection clothing against liquid chemicals).
EN 13034 Standard includes fabric testing in various ways to determine its physical parameters and resistance to chemicals. There were 4 chemical compounds (H2SO4, NaOH, n-heptane and isopropanol) used for the testing.
According to standard EN 13034 Colombo has been successfully passed all the following tests:
Abrasion resistance (EN 530:2010 Method 2)– performance level– LEVEL 5

Colombo is a middleweight 350 gsm protective fabric made of 100% long-staple cotton with flame retardant finishing. The fabric includes antistatic yarn. Original twill 2/2 weave. Examples of use of flame retardant FR fabric Colombo include but not limited to flame resistant clothing for welders, electricians and other professionals who should have heat, flame and antistatic protection.
