On 10.08.2016 XM Textiles has renewed Oeko-Tex® 100 Certificate for woven fabrics class II (Textiles used close to the skin).
A tested textile product is allocated to one of the four Oeko-Tex product classes based on its intended use. The more intensively a product comes into contact with the skin, the stricter the human ecological requirements it must fulfill.
Our ecologically certified fabrics for work wear includes woven fabrics made of 100% cotton, cotton/polyester, cotton/polyester/carbon (with antistatic function) and cotton/polyamide, dyed (with vat, disperse and reactive dyestuffs) and finished (including water-, oil-, fouling-repellent and crease-resistant finishing), produced with product accepted by Oeko-Tex having flame retardant properties.
XM Textiles cares about the nature and always control environmental issues when producing our work wear fabrics.
We renew our Oeko-tex certificate every year and always proud to present its validity.
The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of production.
Accordingly there are four product classes:
Product class I: Textile items for babies and toddlers up to 3 years (clothing, toys, bed linen, terry cloth items etc.)
Product class II: Textiles used close to the skin (underwear, bed linen, T-shirts etc.)
Product class III: Textiles used away from the skin (jackets, coats etc.)
Product class IV: Furnishing materials (curtains, table cloths, upholstery materials etc.)
The Oekotex certificate for XM Textile work wear fabrics is valid for one year (until August 2017).
